Join our Lemurs and other beautiful animals like Cavy, Antelope, Deer, and Tortoises in their multi-acre habitat at the sanctuary. During this interactive group tour, you’ll step into the open habitat and watch as the lemurs leap from tree to tree — and even come to you! You’ll have the chance to interact, feed, and learn about the animals, including our monkeys, lemurs, and rare, endangered birds.

Materials to Bring: None, but comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes are recommended.

Additional Information:

• This is a group experience, so you will be joining other parties for the tour.
• Feeding and interacting with the animals is encouraged, but please do not touch the lemurs unless instructed by the guide.
• You will receive a confirmation email after booking. You do not need to print it, as your information will be added to our reservation system.
• Tours are done rain or shine, so come prepared.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your reservation and support are important to us. We understand that unexpected delays can occur. As a non-profit sanctuary, we depend on the revenue from our Animal Experiences to care for the animals here. Because availability is limited, our cancellation policy allows us time to sell these spots should an opening occur.

Our Policy:

Rescheduling:

• Guests may reschedule their experience up to seven (7) days before the scheduled date.
• Any approved reschedule will incur a 25% rescheduling fee.
• Rescheduling is not permitted within seven (7) days of the experience.

Cancellations:

• Guests may cancel their experience up to seven (7) days before the scheduled date.
• Any approved cancellation will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations are not permitted within seven (7) days of the experience; in such cases, the full amount becomes a tax-exempt donation to support our initiatives.

If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation, we may be unable to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation policy will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your reservation for another time that is convenient for you. No-shows will forfeit their event fee.

We require a credit card and your reservation to be paid in full to hold your reservation date. Cancellation fees will be subtracted from booking costs, and the remainder will be refunded.
